Our customer support team will see if it is something that we need to replace. Please send a clear video showing the issue for our team to review at.

If you choose to exchange it, and it is approved, then you do not need to go through the refund process. We will simply ship you a new one.

Concerning Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
